Holbrook House - was an extensive re-modeling project, by Skanska for client Henderson Central upgrading a 1958 façade and creating contemporary interiors, flexible office and an exceptional reception area. Putney & Wood carried out cleaning and restoration of the existing stonework across 11 floors and cladding of the new build element on Parker Street. Internally they were responsible for the limestone floor and marble feature wall and reception desk.
One Grafton Street - this restoration and re-development project by Mace Plus for Hines transformed the 120 year old building into ‘Grade A’ office, retail and residential space. Putney & Wood worked on the external cleaning and restoration of the original Edwardian brick and Bathstone facades including new structural work and wind-posts. Internally the Italian Basalt floors were laid in the reception, lift lobbies and executive toilets.
