Due to its sensitive location opposite the Bank of England, it took over four years to achieve planning consent. St Martins Courtyard also known as Longmartin
This new office and retail development is located on the corner of Long Acre and St. Martin's Lane in Covent Garden. Putney & Wood was appointed to carry out the stonework package by main contractor Wates. The contract combined the cleaning and restoration of the existing Victorian building, and the design, procurement and installation of stone for the new build element of the scheme.
